Different addictions, the same behaviour. A physiological explanation and a preventive proposal

Addictive behaviours have common symptoms due to the physiological basis of these kinds disorders. In this article a brief review mechanisms addictive is shown. There also preventive proposal in order avoid lack personal balance that could lead into behaviours. It related our self-discovery and ability serve or help other human beings.
